Veterans Outreach Hours In a partnership with the Pennsylvania American Legion, I will be offering veterans affairs outreach hours in the district office at 3220 State Route 257, Suite 8, Seneca, on the third Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Remaining dates for 2019 include: Nov. 19 Dec. 17 A service officer from the American Legion will be available to assist veterans with a variety of issues, including: VA claims for disability compensation. Disability increase and rating decision appeals. Veteran or surviving spouse pension. Burial and death benefits. Addition of dependents. Dependency and indemnity compensation. Other veterans' benefits. Veterans do not need to be a member of the American Legion to receive these services.
